“I'm glad I found Brakecrafters on the web. Their interface was easier to use than any other I've tried. The search results were logical and correct. Other sites gave me multiple brake pad configurations when, of course, only one will work with my caliper. Definitely coming back here for brake pads.”

“I placed two orders last Sunday. One order arrived on Thursday. This is the following Sunday and the second order still has not arrived. When I placed the first order, I remembered that I needed a brake bleeder so I immediately placed a second order. If it had been recognized as going to the same person perhaps both orders could have been packaged together. The bike was due at a consignment On Saturday so I could not finish the work. Now I have to pay them to complete the work.”
