“I purchased a rebuild kit for my rear caliper at a reasonable price. I had a minor issue with the installation. I called tech support and the person I talked to was very thorough and walked me through the installation. The rear brake works perfect. I am very pleased with the product, price and customer support. I will continue to purchase products from Brakcrafters.”

“Hi there, I was very exited to get this kit for my Kawasaki KZ1300 but at the end it didn’t work. The brake caliper pistons do not fit the caliper, diameter of the pistons is slightly too big and to will need machining to make it work. The dust seal are too small. The only part I was able to use was the pistons seals. I used many of your products previously with no issues and will continue to use in the future.”

“O rings that came with my kit were too large. Could not slide pistons in even with all the rubber grease...eventually the prints ripped and now my caliper is useles....can someone send me the correct orings???”

“Excellent product, well made and absolutely on spec. The caliper went back together perfectly and it all worked the first time. Good stuff including the blob of red grease in the kit. It might be worth adding a tip to getting the outer (concertina) seal in place, roll it on to the piston first inside-out, and it will roll itself into the seal seat as you push in the piston. Also, be very careful when reinserting the brake pad retaining spring that you don't pinch the concertina seal and damage it. A strip of thin card will protect the seal.”

“My 1999 Kawasaki ZX600E7 had some issues from massive corrosion on all internal parts, but also, two of the 9 pistons were chipped. With Brake Crafter's front and rear caliper kits, their master cylinder kits. And their replacement pistons for my bike, along with Mark's fantastic help, Brake Crafters allowed me to save 100's of dollars in doing the cleaning/rebuilds myself. OMG! I'm so glad you guys have this stuff on hand. And it all fit like a glove and just worked!”
