“I placed two orders last Sunday. One order arrived on Thursday. This is the following Sunday and the second order still has not arrived. When I placed the first order, I remembered that I needed a brake bleeder so I immediately placed a second order. If it had been recognized as going to the same person perhaps both orders could have been packaged together. The bike was due at a consignment On Saturday so I could not finish the work. Now I have to pay them to complete the work.”

“Excellent service. I ended up calling in to inquire about an out of stock rebuild kit. As it turns out only one piece was missing which was inconsequential for me, and brakecrafters prorated the kits and shipped the items the same day. I won’t buy brake components anywhere else.”

“Very timely shipping. Brake master cylinder worked ok with a little grinding. ( GL 1500 Goldwing ) The clutch master cylinder won’t work because not enough electrical connections. Probably work for most bikes though.”

“Wendy was so helpful on the phone it's obvious that they know their brakes. She also sent me an additional seal when I explained that I damaged one of the new ones. Very knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks so much, the brakes on my 85 Nighthawk are doing great!”
