“I had a great experience using Brakecrafters. I bought a rebuild kit for two calipers, a clutch master and slave cylinder, and new brake shoes. Unfortunately one of the rebuild kits was missing at first but Mark at Brakecrafters sent me one quickly and I received it a few days later. I'll definitely use them again as it seems like all parts are high quality and they care about fixing any issues a customer has.”

“Caliper kit arrived quickly after ordering. The only criticism I would make concerns the diameter of the fluid port sealing ring between the caliper halves. The outside diameter of the sealing ring needs to be larger to match the machined locating recess in the caliper casting.”

“The clutch master cylinder kit did not work. Spent countless hours trying to. Customer service called and tried to help me out but to jo avail. Missed the end of the riding season stubbornly getting it to work. Today, installed a kit from Kawasaki shop and it worked perfectly !!!! I caution folks... if the package does not say, Kawasaki," don't buy it. Lastly, this kit cost far less than the kit about which I am commenting. But, it did not include the solid plunger that goes on top of the spring.”

“Brakecrafters is hard-to-believe-good. Attention to detail: check. Quality: check. Prompt delivery of exactly all they say they will deliver: check. Professional expertise and courteous service, with humour and excellent advice: check. Affordable prices: check. Did I mention prompt delivery? They will restore your faith in DIY service and maintenance, in the amount of expertise in this field, and in the quality of US aftermarket outlets. As a bonus, their products may be anywhere from slightly to extravagantly better than OE but they fit just like OE, and comply with your shop manual instructions.”

“At 72 years of age, I've obtained parts and service from quite a few vendors over the years and the quality of those interactions, as you may well imagine, has ranged from terrible to outstanding. Until now... My recent purchases of caliper and master cylinder rebuild kits from Brakecrafters has far exceeded the best previous experiences by a lot! Mark had me send photos of my caliper and master cylinder so he could be sure which specific parts would work on my 1989 Honda XL600V Transalp. He then found two different piston sizes listed for the master cylinder so he sent me photos of him measuring the cylinder on his Transalp. It was clear to me that Brakecrafters is not only knowledgeable about their products, but that they walk the talk of customer service better than any other company I've dealt with. “After I notified Brakecrafters that a I’d inadvertently ordered the wrong caliper kit, I got an actual landline call from Mark to set me on the right path. Turned out there were several different possibilities used on my model year and he knew every detail; very knowledgeable and helpful! Return, refund, and correct ones to me within just a few days. Will definitely continue to do business with Brakecrafters!”
