“Great parts. Great customer service. Ordered a brake caliber rebuild kit some how the wrong parts were in the kit. It was correct and replaced to me in a couple days at no cost to me. I was treated excellent by customer service. Will do business here always.”

“Excellent service, saved my bacon on a motorcycle project that BikeBandit left me hanging on. Brakecrafters had the pads in stock, talked with me about riding style then explained pros and cons of various choices, ended up ordering a more appropriate set at a better price than you know who. They shipped the pads, got them just a couple days later, the bike is now in the shop being worked on while I’m still in an argument with BikeBandit about why they won’t refund my order in full since they don’t have them in stock and I never got them as ordered. Its Jan 6th, still don’t have their backordered/non-refunded cause direct ship from supplier B.S... anyway, Brakecrafters kicks butt, especially BikeBandits butt!”

“Got a slave cylinder rebuild kit for a 1983 vf750c and whole rebuild kit was excellent except the kit came with the incorrect main gasket for the whole slave cylinder so now I'm having to toss that gasket and find one off of ebay to complete the job which will be another week out so kind of frustrating on that part of it but rest of the kit was spot on for a competitive price.”

“Good service wrong piston seal sent but remedied quickly. No fault of Brakecrafters difference between bike made for Canada and USA. Shipping and duty make this package expensive. If border was open I would have shipped it to my PO Box down south. Live and learn stupid virus.”

“You have the best brake repair kits in the business. That being said, if I can't get them delivered to me, they are of no use to me. I ordered two kits for a customer's bike on December first. You delivered them to USPS on December 2nd. Two weeks later they are still in Arizona, having just cleared the Phoenix regional postal center. Two weeks with effectively no movement whatsoever. I am in New England, a long, long way from Phoenix. I am still looking at this bike that needs parts.”

“I have a 1983 VF750F Interceptor which has sat in the garage for 20 years. The brakes calipers & pistons were frozen which took me a couple of weeks to remove. After researching I found Brake Crafters & ordered new brake rebuild kits for calipers & master cylinders as well as new brake shoes. Mark at Brake Crafters called me & we discussed what he felt was the best option for me since I wanted to rebuild everything. Mark was so very helpful & friendly I will be purchasing all my brake items from Brake Crafters. I highly recommend Brake Crafters”
