I haven't recieved a single response from anyone about my order. I'm starting to regret this, I placed an order on the 17th and now it's the 23rd and it still says unfulfilled. I have emailed twice....

Orders are always late. Their excuse is 'fulfillment time'. Basically takes 3 days for someone to process the order before it can actually be shipped. Bought from these guys twice, when my juice was sold out on other sites. I highly recommend never using this site.

Hi Pat, We have recently relocated to a larger warehouse across the country in Las Vegas. We are so so sorry that you experienced two delays with your shipping but please know that we are working diligently to not have this sort of delay happen again in future!

Maybe it was a one-time situation, but the first time I ordered from them, I had a horrible experience. As someone new to vaping, I ordered a pod mod and asked if the starter kit had everything I needed. Via chat a rep told me that I did. Turns out, I needed batteries. The shipping was so slow that I tried contacting them to no avail. Finally, I found help by asking Redditors about the company. Someone from Breazy saw my comment and was able to help. I'm glad that person assisted but was very disappointed at the way the help came from that source. Also, when looking at past orders, the info is not as complete as it should be. It doesn't show the receipt you checked out with (which is why I can't tell if the BLU they added was free or $1). I have now use only The Electric Tobacconist. Breazy lost me as a regular customer because that first experience did not go smoothly at all. No one ever even followed up with me after the whole ordeal. One positive note is that with that initial order, I got a BLU starter kit for $1 (or free). BTW, the shipment - from Order Confirmation to Delivery - took 8 days. I am in Iowa.

I placed an order for 4 items on 10/7. Today is 10/18 and i still have not recieved my item. I sent 2 emails, days apart, and was told that my items were delayed because one of the items w purchased from an outside vendor. This happens. I understand that. After the 2nd email, I was sent an email that "some" of my items had shipped. That was 10/16. My package is still in pre shipment. Each time I emailed I spoke to Kharon, who was very nice and very apologetic, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. But really. It's been 11 days, and 2/4 items are in pre shipment (and have been for 3 days), and the other two are still being "processed". After. Eleven. Days. This is my first time ordering with this company, and I think it will be my last, because I'm not impressed.

My package is supposed to come tomorrow 8/24. and it’s still in northvale where it’s been for 3 days. what is going on.

I sure wish that I'd found these reviews before I ordered. This is only the second site that I've seen using such a pain-in-the-butt age verification process. I bought a device on Sunday, went through the age BS. It's now Friday and breazy has gone dark. Not a peep. Needless to say, this is my first and last order from breazy.

I have been ordering from here for a couple years and they just can't get there order processing down. There selection is amazing and Sales are great but the only thing that is stopping me from shopping here is there inconsistent shipping practices. They say, "Processing is how long the warehouse takes to give the package to USPS and as stated on our site can take up to 3 days if order volume is high." How come it has been 6 days and there is still no shipping confirmation? If you want a good selection but inconsistent shipping this is the places for you.

This is my first time ordering from them and I ordered the stuff then they emailed me and said I need my age verification and I did that and put my id in and then I got another email today saying it wasn’t done and I ordered my stuff on Thursday and I paided an extra 10 dollars for 2 day shipping but I can’t even track my package or anything cause I’m not getting any response from thyou company or anyone and my order was 40 dollars and I can’t even get an email back about my order

First and foremost, their website inventory is not updated well so you'll need to spend some time adding items to your cart just to be notified it is out of stock. Second, expect delays on shipment. I placed my order on a Monday morning thinking I would be getting my shipment no later than the end of the week but as the week end neared, nothing - finally that Thursday I reached out to them and they responded saying it was an "unusual error" but did not offer provide expedited shipping. I tried to cancel my order because by that point I was going to have to go to my local vape shop to get juice. They refused saying it was already on it's way. I would think if they were the ones who forgot the order, they would overnight it and correct the situation but instead they offered me "breazy points" to use at their cumbersome online store - basically asking me to spend more time and money on their unreliable services. OVERALL : I tried this place because it came highly recommended but it appears that the level of quality and consistency of service VARY GREATLY. Use at your own risk and frustration. You might be better off going to your local shop even if you have to pay a little more.

So an item was ordered and it was the wrong one, it had not been open and needed to return it. Was told they do not take returns unless it is the companies fault or the product was defective, this is why you are to make sure your cart is correct. However if you misread something and need to return an unopened item what is the harm. I could see if they don't want to give money back they could issue you a credit, however I was not asking for payment I was going to spend the money in more e-liquid. I shop from them all the time and all they could say was sorry let me add a few bucks to your account. Breazy Really!!!
