“I enjoy decorating my mailbox. It is fun to pick out new ones because after a few years they fade, and I have lost two on very windy days. My mailbox is not metal so I try to tie them down.”

“I have purchased many flags from Briarwood. For the most part I am pleased. My one recommendation is that the bottom seam of the flags needs to be reinforced to prevent fraying. We are careful about bringing down our flags when there is extreme wind and inclement weather. Recently, I had to discard a fairly new Saint Patrick's Day Flag due to very extensive fraying. I would really like to see this improvement in the product. Thank You. Nora”

“After a very delayed mess on getting my order I finally emailed and got an immediate response and my order that wasn’t shipped had finally shipped. It still took 8 days to get there. But then a couple of days later the original order came. I emailed again to see what I need to do to return it and received as response and told to keep it. This was the second time we have ordered this garden flag for my daughter in memory of her 3 year old baseball loving little boy that lost his battle to a dipg brain tumor. It’s got a very special place in their memory spot by their porch. Thank you so much.”

“Really like the variety of mailbox covers and garden flags available on your site. I do find that the mailbox covers have a tendency to fade after a year or so and hope that this issue can be rectified.”

“The flags I ordered are lovely . However I encountered trouble ordering them. Maybe it was a website change or something but it wasn't fun. I also think that it would be nice if a customer receiving those $5. coupons could use more than one at a time. After all if you are going to give them out you should allow your good customers to use them, maybe they would order more expensive items.”
