“I purchased 3 of the rubber mats and 5 fiber coir mats. The fiber mats are wonderful and the designs on them are top notch. I returned all of the rubber mats. Although the design on the rubber mats was also excellent, these mats were lightweight and probably not of quality to remove dirt and mud. The return process was smooth. I will definitely be purchasing more fiber mats in the future.”

“I recently ordered a Christmas mailbox cover for my mailbox which I love. I also ordered 3 house flags. I returned one of the flags because it did not hang correctly on my flagpole. I asked questions about that flag but received no response from you. I hope that the flag made it back to you. It was the Santa flag. Love your products but did not like the lack of response from the company.”
