“I gave a 4 only because just got the bag and haven’t had a chance to use it yet. That being said, so far I am very impressed with how slim/compact this bag is yet just how much stuff you can fit into this bag. I built my own, not really knowing what I was doing. For the center I got the c5 and the front and back to attach to it. As I said, really didn’t know what I should’ve been ordering but I like pockets and if you do as well I highly recommend this bag. It’s perfect for all the small stuff that always seems to hide at the bottom of a bag. Overall thus far very impressed, not to mention the engineering that went into this bag is like nothing I’ve ever seen before.”

“Fast shipping, high quality packing. Highest quality bag, and I love the modular nature of the bag so I can tailor it to my needs on a moment's notice. I can see this lasting well into the future for all my needs, whereas I went through multiple different bags to suit needs in the past. I would encourage anybody looking for a pilot's bag that can expand and contract as needed to give Brightline a serious look.”

“I've been using my Brightline bag for around 10 years now. I like the modular nature of the bags. The one cockpit I fly is really small and I can zip out the center section of the bag and just carry the essentials. Love my Brightline bag(s).”

“I love the way it is interchangeable. Got my first cross-country trip to use it this weekend and since I don’t need my headsets on this one, I could unzip it and make it smaller so I could take it on the airlines as a carry-on. Love the flexibility.”

“Bought my modular bag with the backpack plate straps 3-inch middle section. What I like the most is the perfect fit in HxW for my 2023 MacBook Pro. I intend to use this for work to carry my laptop and my lunch box with a water container. So far so good.”

“My bag has held up pretty well over a six year period. The weak area is the side bottle holder, they are weak and do not last at all. The straps break really quickly, I suggest an all new design for the bottle holder. Also, there isn’t any protection for the bottom. I have to tape over the zipper on the outside attachment where the bag drags on the floor. $44 is an expensive replacement cost for the outside pocket I had to replace from the zipper being worn off from dragging.”

“After having an issue with the bags construction years later, their customer service to resolve the problem was outstanding. There will always be problems with a product or service and it's how a company addresses and resolves those problems that set it apart from the rest. Because of their outstanding attention to resolving my issue, I purchased many more additional items which arrived and I'm very happy with. By the way, one evening while exploring and deciding which additional products to buy, I called the company and was pleasantly surprised to discover that it was the owner who took the time to take the call and answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a flight bag with complete confidence.”

“Purchased for use on the 737 with my airline, and so far I'm loving it! Makes it easy to find the things I need. Wish I would've gotten side pockets off the bat, but will be ordering those soon. Great product!”

“Two things stand out about my recent experience with Brightline Bags. First, I have used my Brightline bag on several trips around the country to carry my computer and electronics. I found it to be the best laptop bag I have ever used, and I have tried many, many bags. It allows you to carry much more in a compact form that fits under the airline seat easily. I have since purchased a second, flexible bag that I can configure as a second carry-on bag for even the smallest airplanes in the fleet. I hate gate-checking my bag. Second, my bag lost a zipper pull on its "maiden voyage". A quick email to support with a prompt call back and I had the replacement pull in hand and installed. I'm sold. I will continue to use my Brightline Bags for personal and business travel from now on!!!”
