“Hello, I wish to thank Brilliant Co for the fantastic service in getting all my items to me for my birthday on the 20/08/2021. Thank you to Fityah for sending Happy 20th birthday wishes when replying to my email sadly though (laughing) I left my 20's behind me many many years ago but the thought was very sweet and greatly appreciated. I should have been clearer stating that the 20th was my birth date not my actual age. Hahaha... I only ordered my items on the 16/08/21 and they arrived just in time for my birthday. I would also like to say that I am absolutely thrilled and love everything I purchased from them. I would also have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and rest assured I will be ordering from Brilliant Co in the future. “I purchased the silver tennis bracelet for my daughter in law's birthday and she loved it, I'd never bought a slide bracelet before and when I first checked the bracelet I couldn't seem to adjust the size and didn't want to apply too much pressure. I contacted the Brilliant Co office and they replied straight away with the instructions on his to resize the bracelet. I got a beautiful bracelet and excellent service.”

“I purchased 3 gold hoop earrings on line for my mum at Christmas and they have all tarnished and even some of the gold had come off she does not wear hair spray just very disappointed as they were a gift”

“The earrings arrived and were beautiful however within a week the earring became detached from the stud, happened to two pairs. The diamond studded one lost over 50% of its mini stones within a month. Would not buy from here again. Quality was rubbish.”

“I dont know the 5 start rating for this company is real customer or not. I see advertising and jump on website. On 1 night i made 2 order total $295. After few days, very fast, i received stuff when open i was very disappointed. Because all thats fake. The pandora is more ugly when u buy in Hot Dollar. The earing was fade. The brackelet like they spray painting on metal. The watch very funny because u move it u can see long hand moving too. I cant upload all picture here if u want i send to u. After dissuss with them to return i have to pay for the post. Becareful because they said 100 days to return but u have to pay shipping. And few days after received to good, they didnt get back to me. i have to contact email them when they can return money. Finally, i received email they said that 2 of them is broken. Omg, i never open.the plastic bag, have i look only. So they will blame to you. And may be its take more than 7 days or more to get ur money. Im still waiting for money and update how its going. If they dont return full money i will send my artical to everyone to know. And submit to google, current aff and all company like Thomas Sabo, Pandora, Swacroff that this is scam company because they take pics of them and sell to customer the fake product. They always said that its cheap thats why. However in my opinion, its not worth with the discount price. Im still waiting my money and update to u. I aslo update to my facebook.”
