“Some of my friends told me to avoid bt because the customer service was so dire, btcare. I said 'how bad could it be?' Well, now I know. 1 week without tv, internet of phone, diabolical. grrr leaving when the contract is up, avoid at all costs”

“so slow!! i was on their most expensive package but couldnt watch anything on iplayer or netflix it would keep freezing and was impossible. then they told me i was using up too much speed and tried charging me extra even though i was on "unlimited" . i am now on virgin cable and its just so much better 100x faster plus cheaper”
