“I have been with Bulb many years now and have always spoken to extremely helpful people when the need has arisen. Everyone is knowledgeable and considerate. Your app is easy to use ,even for a pensioner like me! I wish all the employees a lovely Christmas and truly happy New Year.”

“Having been with Bulb for a few years now I have always found them easy to deal with. When I haven't agreed with the amount they wish to increase my direct debit by we have come to an acceptable agreement. Recently changed the direct debit to a standing order that somehow was lost in their system however the person I spoke to followed up with several emails and kept me well informed of the progress. To, be honest other than the increasing costs which are worldwide I can not fault their service.”
