Accurate smart meter readings each month. Very high customer credit during the summer months which has evened out during the winter.

I am mostly happy with bulb. The website is very easy to use. However, I have got a bit fed up with frequent messages to get a smart meter even after it was clear, when I did apply, that they couldn't fit one due to space restrictions. Also, lots of messages to raise my monthly direct debit over the last year or two, despite my account always being in credit - to be fair, these messages have now been stopped. Overall, I am happy. Just sorry Bulb made a horlicks of their forward gas buying. The grammar checker in this review app is pretty rubbish, btw.

Set up a direct debit with you as z new customer and you took 2 direct debit amounts customer service hung up on me twice email lady said it was bank fault even though I sent a picture of the 2 amounts came out my bank. But the social media man Carl was brilliant.

I have left a review one or two weeks ago about my bad experience with bulb from past 6 months. However, Bulb has addressed my issue again and my review was answered. I am happy that I was heard finally. A customer first desire is to be dealt without too many emails and calls as we are all working people. Thank you Bulb

I have been very satisfied with the device form bulb. The app makes it easy to track your account and the smart meter they fitted means I can easily monitor my usage.

How do you write a review about your electricity supplier?? Well the electricity keeps arriving OK but this is not Bulb's responsibility . I supply Monthly meter readings. They take a direct debit sum every month . They refunded a large credit buildup. Communication has been good. Shame they are in administration because that means I cannot even begin to look for an alternative supplier should I want one. They are all going to be high prices anyway thanks that basket Poo-Tin. Their DD calculations appear to be on the high side (as one would expect) and adjusting payments downwards is difficult...hence my significant credit build up. Do I give them 3 ** or 4

Very friendly company. Only have one tariff, did take them a while to sort out my smart meters but all ok now. No reason to think of changing. Decent company.

No problems with Bulb but wanted a provider who could offer lower off-peak rates, and enable flexible use of batteries and micro-generation.
