I have been with bulb before the change in price cap. We've had our ups and downs but I deem this company to have good staff who try to do the best for their customers. Purchasing energy is never going to be cheap and with the wider effects on the economy, this is unlikely to change drastically. My advice if you're a customer is to stay on the line until the item has been completely resolved. Otherwise, things do get lost in translation or between departments.

I recently joined Bulb and setting up an online account was easy. I did need help with the app to enter your meter readings and their customer service was quick to respond and very clear with instructions.

Dear Sir/Madam; This is the first time I have dealt with Bulb Energy myself, and so fart they have been rather good. The E-Mails I have sent in regards to my account, they have replied to them very promptly. Which I find very important. Additionally, there is a name actually attached to the relevant E-Mail which some companies, especially the banking industry, try to remain completely anonymous. Kind Regards. Mr. A.G. Owen.

Even though bulb has gone into administration, they are still providing me with same service they did before, and long may bulb continue.

Been very happy with bulb, was very upset when they went into administration, but since the government have taken over things, the same great service has been provided . No complaints and when I compare what we are paying to what others are paying with other energy supplies, we have a much better deal

The on line chat isn’t very good should you need to sort out monthly payments, however after sending an email it was only few days before I received a reply and it was helpful and met my needs.

Lovely and helpful people working there, responded quickly to my email queries. I didn’t give 5 stars because when I experienced my problem, it was on a Friday night and the numbers provided to contact led to an automated voice with no option to get through to anyone, even though the contact details were advertised as emergency numbers. I only received an response by email. Sometimes customers would prefer to call in to get immediate assistance.
