company has managed to keep price low except for doubling the standing charge which is unlike them; Otherwise, they keep you informed about your account with regular updates

Bulb seems to be a good company, although I know they're in administration, so I can't say what they'll be like in the future. The reason I'm not giving them five stars is because they always invite me to pay by direct debit, which is annoying. Apart from that, they're fine. Good value.

Very good customer service. Never had any problems. It's a shame they are not able to give all customers a smart meter at present as mine is in a metal box on the outer wall. I think that is a general problem though and not just Bulb.

I have just started using Bulb, the customer service team answered the phone quickly, the operator was able to deal with my inquiry and was very helpful. I'm pleased with the service so far.

They give good service. Paying method is very easy, if need to top-up in between to bring your payment on track. Bulb sends us emails in advance to inform any changes to be done.
