Fine service just a pity in administration. Had to stop Direct Debit and have setup a Standing Order, and asked for January 2022 payment to be taken from credit balance. Please stop the system from emailing me about a payment option, when I cannot tell it I have a payment option of standing order setup.

I believe bulb are doing a great job. Customer care are really helpful and kind and patient. The payment method gets really confusing and complicated so i do think they can find a more simple way of receiving payments.

We recently moved house. We were bulb customers in our old house, and stayed with them as we like their green credentials abd find their bills easy to understand. Considerable initial confusion about accounts after the move, but at least you can speak to a human and sort it out, and they did.

I only had one sad occasion when a bulb representative let me down, but it hasn't occurred again tho...but since them bulb representatives have always gone the extra mile to help out whenever I needed assistance. Thank you, have a great month ahead. 💯🙏🏿😇 BLESS

Initial experience to the call centre was awful However subsequent communications with Ed was excellent and system looks very good from a user viewpoint

The company, I hope, will survive the ongoing energy problems. They offered me my standing credit balance when I queried their very existence due to the aforementioned problems. I truly hope you continue delivering my energy supplies. Tom Curran.

Service has been good. The only issue has been changing the monthly payment online. It has not worked and have needed to call in to change the amount. Telephone service was great, spoke to a person, not an automated service.

I am satisfied the the service Bulb provides, apart from one aspect. I had smart meters fitted in June 2020. The fitter tried to actuate my consumption reader but could not saying it would work later. It never has and I have got fed up going through the process to actuate it. The smart meters are of no benefit to me and you ask me to email the readings. There is a problem.
