Not been with Bulb long but have no complaints. Efficient, straight forward, keep me upto date with monies coming from my account and even remind me when i need to take a meter reading. AND gave me a discount as a new customer. πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌ

So far Bulb have been fine and cost a lot less than the provider we were with before. And they claim to be greener which is important with the climate crisis becoming more obvious

Good prices, easy to manage online account, customer services are great and editing my payments has been easy. The bills are a little confusing at first but you get used to it. Only problem I had was I had a smart meter installed and they never sent me a bill for 3 months, by the time they replied to my emails asking about it, I had incurred a debt of over Β£80 and my month bills went up above Β£50 in order to repay the debt and my normal monthly usage...

I haven't been using Bulb for very long. We recently moved and was looking for cheaper suppliers...added bonus with bulb are they are green as well... Win, Win. Was easy to change supplier as Bulb did it for me. Didn't give 5 as need to use them longer

Been with Bulb for a few years now. Always competitive pricing and I like the monthly account update as this helps me to keep an eye on energy costs. Used them at my previous house and switched our new home to Bulb when we moved here a few months ago. Pleased to say that this was a completely painless operation! The only reason that I haven't given five stars is because trying to get answers from Bulb can be a bit challenging as, unless you are lucky and the "BulbBot" actually manages to answer your query, you have to resort to e-mails. Must admit that I have had differing results when using this method to talk to Bulb. As Bulb appear to be getting bigger, I am hoping that there may come a time when there is a way to communicate with a human being, either through something like a call centre (optimistic I know!) or maybe even chat with a real person.
