One of the least expensive companies out there. It would be better if you were able to speak to someone rather than all online

Only recently joined Bulb as moved house and so far very positive. Haven't really had the time to assess whether they are the most cost effective but from a customer service perspective no issues.

good service and easy to use website. would have given 5 stars but two price rises in last year. Will stay with them as easy to contact and usually swift response

Best thing about Bulb is everything is on mobile app, you don't need to contact customer service for anything.

Bit of a rough patch in the beginning due to previous owners using double the electricity I used but overall great service and emails answered after a few days

Bulb service is very good. The only problem is they keep emailing me and sending letters through the post asking me to have a smart meter, which I don't want at present.

Pretty efficient. Good with FIT payments. Only complaint was that since I joined my monthly joint bill has gone from £104 to £95 to £145 which was a shock. Based apparently on usage but such a hike was unprecedented. At least I’ve been able to voluntarily reduce that to £128. Hardly used any energy last two months so will be monitoring closely. But overall fairly satisfied with the hands off service. Miles better than useless SP

Simple. cheap. Ish. Customer service available, not in India. Apps work well. Prompt for meter reading, while giving old reading so you know what figures to give and which to omit. Clearing bills. But forever trying to force smart meters down your throat

totally green electricity - but not yet gas (I don't count off-setting / REGOs) - hence only 4 stars. good at communicating in easy to understand way installation of solar PV went without a hitch
