Not been with them long, but the transfer was very easy and the communication and billing have been fine so far

It seems you receive a quote which is affordable then your bill is higher and an increase is required. Why not quote a realistic monthly value so budgets can be sustained?

Great product, low tarriff and green energy. But they can't provide smart meters which means we can't track our spend and be even more efficient. Appreciate this being made a priority, I think it ties in with Bulb's overall vision and mission very clearly

Been with bulb a few months now and every thing seems fine so far no problems ,the change over was no trouble at all bulb did it all for me and every thing went smoothly. and im quite at the moment to continue with bulb.

I give 4 stars as I have only been with Bulb for a couple of months.I have found however that Bulb are more customer orientated than my previous supplier which is why I turned to Bulb. Time will tell.

They do what they are supposed to be provide power I feel they could be more accessible when things go wrong like when my token key wouldn’t work over a weekend.
