Bulb service is very good but prices increased twice in as many months. It is now much more expensive than many other providers and I am seriously considering switching

Would have given 5 but frustrated I can’t lower my monthly payments to what I’m actually using. I appreciate this is worked out across the year so cost would be more in the winter but I would prefer to pay as I go, I’ve had a very high credit balance and have had to ring several times to get the money back. Otherwise everything is great. Thank you

Had so many problems with my previous supplier that I moved to Bulb on recommendation from a neighbour. So far so good. Awaiting meter update.

I chose Bulb as it is a greener company than my existing energy supplier. They have been efficient and I have just had smart meter installed. Unfortunately you have to plug it in constantly as the battery life is short hence the 4 stars.

Switching over was a breeze. Monthly updates on how much energy I have used in the month and how much money is on my account, are appreciated. So far I have no complaints to make.

They keep me up to date with offers and information ect regularly via email which makes me feel that I am in control of my account.
