Excellent service and rates (unit costs) are simplified. Only draw back is paid in advance rather than paying in full what is due.

Having received a statement with a gas bill which was clearly in error by several thousand pounds, I was impressed with the speed by which this issue was rectified after I contacted Bulb. From initial shock and disappointment to an efficient resolution in the space of a couple of hours, Bulb really recovered my customer satisfaction by delivering the right outcome.

Bulb would have 5 stars except for the standing charge which was one reason i went with them; puting up standard charge when people are struggling is not good

Due to unprecedented market conditions, Bulb can do nothing to alleviate price increases. However, they continue to keep customers regularly informed as to their accounts and this is appreciated. Stick with them.

Costs have risen and we can only except this. But we are finding it extremely hard to understand the billing, it does become confusing.

Reliable customer service; competitive tariffs for gas and electricity. A reasonable export price for home generated electricity, although this rate has not risen, although other prices have risen sharply.

Before the Energy crisis I would have given 5 stars, but unless my cost of fuel is reduced dramatically I will only give 4 stars. But I am impressed with the way you have conducted yourself and the care you have shown to us.
