I have asked to reduce my debit from £70 monthly but have been advised repeatedly to increase to £194 then last week to £240 . I am in credit @ £160 ,I know winter is coming but my usage does not merit this.. If at anytime exceeded £70 I would gladly up my debit, it is poor that I cannot adjust it down myself. You are making interest on my surplus credit.

These increases are mainly driven by rising gas costs and we’ve had to pass this on in our tariff. They were great but gone down hill. Diabolical. Work as a nurse and have to do my shift stinking as no hot water for a bath or shower, no heating or cooking facilities for my 2 young children due to bulbs unwillingness to help. For over 2 hours I've been trying to contact them via their only option of online chat as money is not transferring to my meter. After lengthy queues I got cut off twice. 3rd time I got to uploading my receipts. They said they would send me an email and refused to look at receipts via chat. I explained I'm struggling accessing emails. They replied 'An email had been sent to you ' and rudely just cut me off. I'm left with no gas, cooking or heating and 2 young children. Having to contact OFCOM to see if they can help. 60 gas paid but none received.

Bulb transfered debt from another person's account to mine!! I lost £ 25 in the process. I sent all proof but yo no avail!

This means that over the past year, wholesale costs have more than doubled. Very disappointed with the customer service from bulb. They are reluctant to explain my drastic change in bill. And they said they’d send me over a proper run down of which I’m still waiting for.

We base our tariff on the true cost of energy so as the wholesale market changes, I'm afraid we have to change our costs in line with this. Bulb keep putting their prices up every 2 minutes. They always reply by saying it isn't us its the wholesellers. Well, that is rubbish. Bulb charges 15p a unit for economy 7 EDF charge 10p. Wait for it Bulb will remove this post. And if they do I will post it on Trust Pilot and also say about removing . I am an account holder until my switch

They are a green energy company that robs you. I guess that's only slightly better than a non-green energy company that robs you.... They also demand that you get a Smart Meter to spy on your household usage.

Would like to give nil stars. Dishonest, exploitative and generally unpleasant. Charged peak rate for low rate night time usage having accepted previous tenants economy 10 bill. When challenged, avoidant and then aggressive and threatening. My worst experience of an energy company by far.

To sum up my experience with this company: 1st year paying 30£ on summer, 45£ on winter. After a year we ended paying 58£ on summer even not been at home for 20 days! Now they raised to 60£ not even taking in consideration our readings. So probably we gonna end paying 85£ of central heating or more? We leaving. Bye
