Seems very good customer service. Slightly disappointing to receive a price increase within a couple of months of joining bulb. But seems very efficient so far.

I'm with bulb since last 2 years.but it was very reasonable before but now I'm planning to switch as its costing me double with keys usage.

We changed to bulb as they were the cheapest 2 days later they put there prices up

Hey Julie, We’ve had to increase our prices because the cost of supplying energy has increased significantly. We don’t like increasing our prices, but because our tariff is low to reflect the true cost of energy, we have to change our prices when wholesale energy costs change. If this goes down again we'll pass these savings on to members! Re-joined Bulb after an acrimonious spell with another supplier. Bulb have one tariff for gas and one tariff for electricity. Readings are simple to input once a month or they will supply a smart meter. I would have awarded five stars other than the fact that that there have been two price hikes since I re-joined in March Maybe not the most competitive but certainly easy to deal with - and thats what really matters
