two price increases in two months .need i say more.

Hi Jeffrey, Thanks for leaving us a review. We’re sorry to put prices up for the second time this year. Wholesale prices - those that energy firms pay for gas and electric - have surged to their highest levels since 2018 due to demand after lockdown. Because of this, a typical member will now see a slight increase in their billing, paying £1.33 more for their energy a week. Usually available and helpful if you need to contact them. If you don't have a smart meter, they send you a reminder to send in your usage. Not happy about the price rise but it seems they are all increasing their prices.

Bulb seem to pride themselves on service at the best cost. I always have found the team at Bulb very easy to deal with including clearly worded administration and communications, which, combined with their very competitive pricing of energy supplies, makes them number one for us. They deserve to thrive and will continue to provide the best service in the future.

Not overly impressed with Bulb, within two weeks of switching to bulb they put there prices up . There prices have just goon up again. I wouldn’t recommend them!

Thanks for getting in touch, We’ve had to increase our prices because the cost of supplying energy has increased significantly. Wholesale costs are up by 29% since March, when we last changed our prices. We don’t like increasing our prices, but because our tariff is low to reflect the true cost of energy, we have to change our prices when wholesale energy costs change. Hey Scott, sorry to hear you've had a poor experience! We don't hold members to a contract so they're free to switch away if they want to- the only time this might be stopped is if there is a large accrual of debt on an account. They are the best company we have had for gas & electric. They give us a good deal & when we moved, they contacted all the companies the previous owners had & told us what was happening along the way! We wouldn't choose anyone else.. Bulb, keep up the good work!
