Bulb make life very easy. They did all the work in moving us from our previous supplier and their website is very uncomplicated. We are new customers so will have to wait and see how our bills work out.

Very easy to use, great information, no hassle, not the cheapest but customer care is worth that small difference. Plus eco friendly energy. Would definitely recommend

I had no issues so far from Bulb contrary to what I have viewed on line before I switched supplier..I have regular email contact which is great..My D/D plan has stayed the same and Bulb have informed of any changes that may occur. There are Lots of go green plans to consider..Thank you Bulb team for your efforts and service

If this is after a change of supplier, this should be an automatic process after you've had your final statement generated by us. Wish not changed from EDF as in short time 2 price increases

Hi there, Thanks for leaving us a review. We donโ€™t like increasing our prices, but because our tariff is low and reflects the true cost of energy, we have to change our prices when costs change. Wholesale costs are now 31% higher than they were last September, when we last changed our prices. Very disappointed. Went through the hassle of switching three facilities over to Bulb as they had a good price. Within two weeks, prices increased about 40%. Great. Hassle switching over to another provider again. I ended up with a deal that was worse than it would have been had I just gone with a safe bet (EDF) and not taken a gamble with Bulb. Theyโ€™ve wasted so much of my time, and lost my future business with that hike.

We hadn't changed our business tariff rates since November 2018, but we appreciate no price change is welcome. As our tariff reflects the true cost of energy, when wholesale costs change, we have to do the same. STRAIGHT FOREWARD ,WITH A GREAT SIMPLE CHANGE OVER , A SMART METRE FITTED, WITHOUT ANY FUSS, VERY PROFESSIONAL, I'M VERY PLEASED TO HAVE CHANGED TO BULB POWER SUPPLY.

I switched to Bulb in February and so far they have been really good - the switch was efficient and the communication was clear and frequent. They keep me informed about my balance and when and how much payments will be.

Very good prices. This company have an excellent website and customer service. They made the whole process of changing over from another energy supplier exceptionally easy abs their communication is outstanding. I'm glad I made the switch!
