Very easy to switch and the freind referral is straight forward and you get £50 in credit.

Hi there, Thanks for leaving us a review. We don’t like increasing our prices, but our variable tariff does reflect the true cost of energy. This means that we have to change our prices when costs change. Wholesale costs are now 31% higher than they were back in last September. No big problems so far, except they still haven't sorted out their App which would be super helpful for customers to check & manage their acct.

Hi I came with bulb as they had a top up service on line this was promised and after 12 months still no information tried to ring no answer

Hi Debbie, Thanks for leaving us a review. We do offer a Smart Pay As You Go option for our members who have smart meters that we can communicate with remotely. If this you, then we should be able to look into switching you over to this method of payment. I came back to bulb after moving through a automatic transfer company to save money and regretted it massively. I had nothing but problems and increased payments over a short time so I moved back I was with bulb for years beforehand and I trust them plus doing my little bit for the environment.

Very disappointed. Switched suppliers, had been with Bulb for 1 month, then they put prices up so it would have been cheaper to stay with British Gas. BEWARE!! Not impressed with this company.

I love Bulb because: First of all is the greenest energy supplier and this is truly important to me because a cleaner environment also means a safer and happier environment. Second because it also has a spectacular Customer Service Team! Very professional and kind. And third because I absolutely adore the color they have chosen for their logo and the layout of the bill which is easy to check. Thank you Bulb :)
