Have been with bulb for 2 years now and wouldn’t dream of going else where! We’ve recently just had a smart meter installed too. Customer service always been fantastic and we’ve made £££ on referrals! Sometimes they have deals on so you can earn £100 per referral!! We’ve got so much credit built up now. This has never happened before when with other companies.

Been with them for a year now. Excellent overall and reduced my bills. Only minor issue is my recently fitted smart meter from another provider doesn't auto report my readings to Bulb so have to do it manually. Get £50 free account credit with this (bulb.me/leep1632)

bulb.co.uk/refer/william6161 for £50 credit which you can then withdraw or use towards your bill. They'll even pay exit fees from your old supplier if there are any, and don't charge exit fees themselves.

Very impressed. Been with them 3 months and they handled everything, even cancellation fees. 5 mionutes to put my own details in and then the clock ticks while they handle it all (20 days pass and then the old company terminates and Bulb start). Great website to upload readings too. Now I am on a seriously low rate versus the Big 6. And they pay you £50 credit (£75 to the end of the month) for joining if I refer (just remove the spaces to make it a complete link) which I will only do if I rate them....and I certainly do! www. bulb . me / timothyh 5651 Glad to save you some cash.

I joined Bulb around 4 months ago after my previous provider, Bristol Energy, substantially increased the electricity prices. Bulb sources 100% renewable electricity and seems to be one of the cheapest in the market. Since I joined, they have slightly lowered the cost per kWh, which is something that I had never experienced with previous utility providers. Their online portal shows your electricity consumption in graph format, which is great to monitor trends (obviously only relevant if you submit regular meter readings). There is also a phone app that works well. Customer service so far has been very good, although I am conscious that I haven't asked Bulb to deal with any complicated issues, like faulty meters, etc. So really happy with the switch and glad I am supporting a smaller company focused on renewable energy.

These reviews are amazing. I have been a customer of Bulb for just over a year now, their prices are extremely competitive. I have never had a problem communicating with them. They run an automatic meter reading reminder, all in all a trouble free experience. I can only assume that all/most of the one stars have not been written by Bulb customers.
