It is clear in its information and in its charges. our smart meter indicates clearly how much we are using on a daily basis which is helpful. With cold weather these past weeks we have been aware of using more gas than we would have wanted at this time of year1

The only billing system from an energy company that I’ve ever been able to make sense of. Great customer service - I had an error in my first bill, emailed them about it and it was all fixed within about 20 minutes. When I’ve tried to fix issues with other companies it’s taken weeks of endless phone calls. When I moved house I was thinking of starting with Look After My Bills but decided not to after seeing reviews of people who had been switched to cowboy companies who refused to fix problems. Really glad I went with bulb for the sake of my sanity even if it ends up being a few quid more expensive.

Great to do business with. Can actually speak to someone on the telephone if required and most helpful when you do. So easy to leave gas/electricity readings and response within 48 hrs. No problem at all.

I regrettably left Bulb just over 12 months ago but I quickly changed back to Bulb when the charges (with the other company) increased £12 a month extra. I soon got back to bulb regretting ever leaving in the first place

Really pleased with the service so far. Monthly bills help us keep track of our energy usage and budget. One tariff means we know where we are without pondering the benefit of fixed price or some other carrot. And that one tariff is very reasonably priced, plus its all green. What's not to love?

Bulb seem a great company to deal with. Although I haven't spoken to them on the phone, all their emails are clear and friendly written to make it clear whats going on. The bills are straight forward and to the point. Their app on the phone makes it really easy to submit meter readings and check quickly your account balance. All that whilst knowing your helping the planet with green energy.
