“I have not been a customer of Bulb for very long but have found the service efficient, friendly and overall very good. Customer services are helpful and I have always received a prompt response to any questions I have asked. I hope when Octopus take over, the service remains as good.”

“Never had a problem with Bulb in the time I have been a customer. Switched to them four (4) years ago and have only had to contact Customer Service once, my query was resolved quickly. Statements are easy to understand and as I have a smart meter I can check that I am paying the right amount each month.”
