In these difficult times, I've found Bulb to be an excellent utility provider. Prices are as fair as they can be, and their level of customer service is very good - staff are very helpful, courteous and easy to contact .

I have always been very pleased with the service received from Bulb and today even more so ! I called re a query about my incorrect online meter reading, which was entirely my fault. The person that I spoke with was very patient, listened carefully and was able to amend my mistake. She was friendly and most helpful. Thank you.

Bulb customer service is fantastic when they supposedly read my electric meter using smart meter it gave them the original reading I had given them when I joined 3 years ago so not such a smart meter if it ever was one. Looked like I had used a huge amount of electricity from April 12th to 13th so straight onto them via chat to sort, person on end checked everything for me and told me that the wrong reading was from the smart meter as I said not smart at all - I wasn't aware it was anyway as no one has fitted one in the last few years. Anyway all sorted now but increase from April to cover high costs although not extreme but still £70 more than I use a month and it's a month in advance seems a bit much

The customer service I received on line/phone was very efficient and positive. As a new customer, normally my heart sinks at having to go through the long process of setting up an account. With their guidance I was up running, had submitted meter readings and paid what I owed within in 15 minutes. Thank you to the team members who supported me.

I've always found Bulb to be a good, fair company. Their customer service is excellent - an absolute necessity, yet sadly a rarity with most companies nowadays. Would recommend.

Very supportive recently when I had a problem with my meter reading. I could actually get through to them on the phone at a time when people I know, who are with other companies, have had no success in contacting their energy companies. I also like their website - 'user friendly' !!
