“Among all the good reviews, I feel it even more important to bring their quality and customer support to light. I ordered two suit sets which weren't chosen from 'sale' section, but apparently they were. The duppattas were both defective with black stain on one and burn mark on the other. Also, one of the suit was of a larger size, M and I realized I needed an S.
Bunaai has one of the most arrogant, unprofessional and rude customer care executives. First it's difficult to understand if they are actually a customer care executive as they respond as if they have been disturbed from their deep sleep. Next, it's impossible to make them understand your issue and get some sort of commitment or apology. I eventually had to lodge a complaint with consumerhelpline.gov.in. I would caution you all, Don't Waste Your Time and Money!”

“Horrible experience. This brand is unethical and cheats customers by sending defective items in sale. I ordered two suits worth 4000 in sale! Yes, it's very overpriced. Products came in defective. I promptly shared pictures of the defect and instead of apologizing for sending poor quality stuff in sale, their customer service just won't replace or refund. Very unprofessional and not at all worth your time and money!”
“They do have good designs and collection but they the worst return and exchange policy i have ever seen. You CAN NOT not even exchange size if you have bought anything from Sale. No return policy if you don't like any product purchased from them you HAVE TO KEEP it no matter what.

“I bought four kurta sets from them. Their fitting and look is good but if you have any issue related to product, their customer service is worst.
For me, I kurta set was bad and after one wash only it faded. I took all care at the time of washing but still discolouration happened. So I raised the complain to them and they refused to solve it and refused to do anything about it.
Now I lost ~1500 rupee and I can’t use this set again.
In this world of better customer service, they are really bad at it….. really really bad!
If you want to take risk on your money, go ahead and buy, otherwise I would suggest not to fall in this trap of stealing your money.”
“I was a big fan of Bunaai until I faced a significant loss because of their extremely rigid return policy. Products that are even marginally discounted are not eligible for return or exchange. Considering that they sell stitched clothes, the likelihood of a product not fitting is very high. No matter how closely you follow the size chart, there are many things that can go wrong. In my case, the product did not fit anyone in my family in spite of following the size chart. However, the company still refused an exchange. The clothes they sell are quite expensive and one can expect a significant loss if clothes do not fit. Not buying from this website again.”
“By far, the dress I got from Bunaai is the worst dress I have. Idk how they are giving positive reviews. The dress is no where close to the one in picture. Fabric is awful. Now I understand why there is no cancellation/return on sale items. Sale items- we not getting them for free to have this kind of policy. 10% off doesnt make a huge difference to apply these BS policies. Thank you for wasting my money and ruining my birthday. :)”

“Pathetic customer service, pics are deceptive. Don't waste your money, no refund and no exchange. Material was rough like paper. Kurti had a big slit in middle exposing the skin, in pic it was not there. Cotton cloth loses colour in every wash, celebrity promotion is all marketing strategy, they have the worst customer service.”
