1. The quality of the cloth was horrendous to say the least. The color was different from the displayed pictures.
2. The size was too big for me.
3. There was a small hole in the armpit area of the top. When I told them that it's torn they said that I must have ordered a small size and that I must have torn it. The top was big for me how could I have torn it? So easy for them to blame their customers for their mistakes.
They don't have a return policy and exchanging is exhausting. Complete waste of money for me. Disappointing to say the least.”

“Very bad service! No communication. They advertise shipping Worldwide. 2.5 weeks fter i placed my order, i get an email that i got a refund, this without any communication from Bunaai! I had been asking them again and again for a tracking number, they say packet is shipped from their end, will share track number shortly. And suddenly i get a refund. WITHOUT ANY ANY COMMUNICATION. I have to ask constantly.
I had far better experience with shops with a lower rating than Bunaai.
Not because you now make clothes for celebreties, you should neglect other costumers.

“Please be very aware of what you order from Bunaai. I've ordered multiple times and I was satisfied with the orders but this time it's an utter disappointment. I usually order size L and it fits so well and it's without zip but this time i feel as if they sent me an order with the tag L but size M. Secondly the stitching is so bad it's uneven because of which the kurta of the suit folds in rather than staying firm and straight. This experience is definitely no worth the price I paid for this ridiculous suit! I feel Bunaai just wants to clear their old stocks so they've put it on sale and discounts and have a policy of not refunding and not even exchanging these pieces.
