“Please be very aware of what you order from Bunaai. I've ordered multiple times and I was satisfied with the orders but this time it's an utter disappointment. I usually order size L and it fits so well and it's without zip but this time i feel as if they sent me an order with the tag L but size M. Secondly the stitching is so bad it's uneven because of which the kurta of the suit folds in rather than staying firm and straight. This experience is definitely no worth the price I paid for this ridiculous suit! I feel Bunaai just wants to clear their old stocks so they've put it on sale and discounts and have a policy of not refunding and not even exchanging these pieces. I am sure I won't be buying anything from here anymore just not worth it.”

And the quality is average at its best. Not worth the money worst exchange policy ever. They do not go by law and have their own silly policy. Government of India have made a policy of return in 30 days of buying the product which is applicable to each and every retailers .

“They have worst exchange policy if person bought the product and there is a size issue they will obviously exchange the size we are not returning the product and if that is not the option you can take the product back give the voucher client can buy something else of same or higher amount.. Customer care worthless repeats the same thing like tape recorder and shows attitude for no reason.. Please make sure before buying they have worst return exchange policy.. The girl asked me to pay the full amount of the sale product then only she can exchange the size then how come they can count it as a sale product and she said if you want to return you can but will take the full amount in that case also and give you the voucher of the sale value only waoooow.. what a policy and on top of it the senario she is taking as an exception Slow Claps for you people .. “The suit I bought was size smaller so I requested exchange but got no reply from support team.I decided to keep it and after first use even without getting dry wash little white bubbles have appeared it cost me 2200 and after first use it's gone so bad I liked the design and wanted to order one more but thankfully I did not.Bad quality and extremely poor service”

“I am a regular buyer of bunaai dress as I am always awestruck with their collection. And I am atleast 5 bunaai dresses already in my wardrobe. But I am very disappointed with the customer service they provide and they have sick return and exchange policy. I bought a dress and cancelled within next day due to wrong order but still these guys did not cancel it . After multiple follow ups, they initiated credit note and again with a condition apply that i have to use it within 30 days and what would a customer do when their items arw sold out. I ended up buying a dress( i compromised due to time constraint) with less cost (2500). And again i lost 500₹ to this company. I just wish you guys being a great brand should have proper customer service and better policies.”
“Since so many people discuss online retailers, wanted to share my feedback about Bunaai.
I regularly shop from sellers who advertise on Instagram, and since I am a regular with Farida Gupta and Gulabi Dori, I was flooded with ads from Bunaai. After a lot of consideration, I bought a suit with COD from the store, and it was a very regular shopping experience. I paid on delivery and package was delivered on Sunday.
The suit was one size too small and that's where the worst shopping experience started. I was unable to login to the account(which refused to identify my email id, its the same email on which they sent all order details, yet now it refuses to let me sign in or reset password). Then I emailed them my concern, to which they refused to reply on login issue, and just said, we will not return or exchange products on sale, and said they had mentioned it in terms and conditions on website.
So they are holding me to ransom on website fine print, refund I still understand, but not even size exchange(alternate size is still showing available on their site). Morever, their customer service banged the call on my face, telling me that we have terms and conditions on site, so we wont do anything. Apart from a worthless suit of about 2.5k, i am left with a bitter taste. I for one always champion the cause of individual sellers over giants like Myntra or Amazon, but I'm sure this would not have happened had i placed my order through any of these channels. And i am still shocked about the curt tone of the customer service, i am have paid, i was polite yet i got the most rude answers from them.”
“So, they expect the customers to read all the policy before placing the orders!!! Wow!! And returning orders is actually not an option- how convenient for the company!! Be careful and read their policies before you buy anything. I bought some stuff for around 6500/- and the size didn’t fit correctly. When I wanted to return the stuff, the customer care guy just said they don’t accept returns on sale items as it’s their company policy and I should have read the return policy before I placed the order. I don’t know which era they are in where a customer can’t return goods . Wasted 6500/- and my time on phone to understand the logic behind this kind of policy. Never going to buy from them again.”
“I am a regular customer of the brand Bunnai and there are at least 20+ dresses in my wardrobe that I have purchased from this brand and apart from 1 or 2 of them all the dresses are good in quality and quality is the only reason that I have purchased these dresses with this much of price but with my recent purchase I noticed that Bunaai loses the tag of such quality products because the quality of my all 4 suit sets are extremely poor and usually these suit sets comes with the lining underneath but what I received is without lining and is absolutely transparent, I don't think that anyone should make purchase with this brand if they're looking for quality products, because I am not willing to make any purchases for Bunaai, not anymore... very disappointed..”

Ordered first time from sale product and got issues with size, after multiple request somehow they agreed to exchange the size on demand of additional charges of INR 1200/- plus courier charges. They loot people and play with customers sentiments. Even cloth marerial was very cheap which they used. Advise everybody not to trust such independent online stores, they are not at all reliable. Very bad experience faced recently, wasted my time, money and energy on them.”
