“Very very bad customer service from Bunaai. They are sitting to cheat customers and with such unrealistic policies on a online platform they are there to rob customers of their money. I made a purchase of 5 suit sets from Bunaai in a single order. I ordered all the suits in same size however 1 suit was super tight. I asked them for a return for credit note for that suit. They completely denied it saying that since it's on sale it cannot be done. I explained them that it's not my fault in ordering a wrong size. It's coz of the particular design of the suit that it doesn't fit me. Sent them several emails requesting them to take a return. But they very very rudely denied saying it's against company policy. I also asked them to make a one time exception but they denied again. So because of them I am a loss of 3500 rs. Will never return to Bunaai again now.”
“The products are only pleasing to the eye. In real, the quality is very poor - I really think local shops nearby have better quality products.
Additionally, The styles and fit are very different from what is shown on pictures. They lack that appeal that comes out on the website and that is due to the bad and cheap quality of material that they use.
To top it up, the customer service is bad so you will not get any redressal for your concerns.”

“The worst experience buying from @bunaai m.. I placed my order with them for the very first time, day one the delivery person foughtwith me because the link was not getting delivered to my phone. Called the customer service and they advise they are sorry but they can’t help me and 2nd time a different person came to deliver the order and I faced the issue with their size again called the customer service people again the same reply came they can’t help. Seems like there is no customer service and customer satisfaction is important to these people. My recommendation never buy any products from them.”

You are buying product online without trial and once it doesn’t fit then they make you realise that they have very opaque return policy, where most of the product can’t be returned/exchanged. Even if by any chance it can be returned then you are suppose to pay shipping. It seems they don’t have any supply chain in place.”
