“I ordered a kurta set of 3000 and the set was horrible with respect to quality and colour.. It was not at all what was shown in website.. I am frequent buyer of bunnai kurta and saree..
I called them to tell the material is really bad.. I am ready to pay higher amount, extra and order a kurta a kurta of 7000..
They dint agree and I had to keep the horrible material kurta..
I shop from so many other website but a brand denying to exchage a product because the quality of their product is bad is not worth trusting..

“I placed order with them after checking if it’s possible to deliver it within 15 days if I place it now,to which they replied yes we do it in 7-10 business days, I made them understand about my situation that my in-laws are leaving in 15 days and if you can’t deliver it before that let me know I won’t place the order. they wrote to me exactly this.

I waited for 7 business days which they said tracking no. Will be sent but there was nothing as I had urgency I contacted both Instagram and customer service no. But both the places seemed very unprofessional (they kept repeating it will take more days without listening anything from my side) after a point the person on Instagram stopped replying, they havnt updated me with anything other than order no.yet. why business have customer service if they can’t solve their problems? If it’s just to say “we can’t help you then it’s better to record it in an answering machine” after calling customer service repeatedly the person named Siddharth says the same thing “I will check with production team and let you know tomorrow” I have been calling him from last 3 days and his reply has been same, from tomorrow it has become 2 days. It’s better to order from myntra or get something from showrooms and shops than ordering it here or if you have patience and time to wait for your order for months please go ahead and place the order.”

Due to their shitty policy of returning within 48 hrs they denied me return or replacement. I am a shopaholic and shops so much from different websites but till date never faced such a problem. Even LBB responded to my issues and they were resolved. Such a horrible experience. Beware guys they are duping people. Also would like to mention that quality is substandard. Don't go by the beautiful pictures they show.”

They should mention this clear right on their product page instead of having a 2-3 pages long return and exchange policy. “DO NOT. I repeat. Do not buy from Bunaai. They are so not customer friendly, extremely rude. I ordered a top/tunic from them and:
1. The quality of the cloth was horrendous to say the least. The color was different from the displayed pictures.
2. The size was too big for me.
3. There was a small hole in the armpit area of the top. When I told them that it's torn they said that I must have ordered a small size and that I must have torn it. The top was big for me how could I have torn it? So easy for them to blame their customers for their mistakes.
They don't have a return policy and exchanging is exhausting. Complete waste of money for me. Disappointing to say the least.”
