“This is the worst site experience ever, I purchased a product and when i recieved the product the product was small in size, I requested countinuosly for a size change i wanted to wear the product for size m and it didnt fit me the measurements given there were not similiar to the product delivered. I didnt want to return the product only requested an exchange. I was told that excahnge is not possible for size as the product was on sale, I assume they deliver the wrong sizes or defective products on sale due to which they are not even ready to provide an exhange in size.I also recorded the call which I am attaching.The site is a complete cheat.”
“This brand has the WORST return and exchange policy. If a product doesn't fit you, they do not even accept exchange request. There is a lot of difference between the size shown in the size chart and the actual size that they send. A customer's money goes waste. Already the products are priced high, and when this happens, it is very unsatisfying. I had a very bad experience and will NEVER recommend this website to any one. The customer service staff are also very rude and simply reply that since company policy is that they can't exchange the product, hence they will not even consider the request. It is an example of EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
“They sell their defective stocks under discount, we have ordered for 3 pcs, the discription showing on the website and the product been received was totally different, fabric/fitting / design - everything was pathetic.
When we contacted them for exchange/return, they have given a very rude reply and came out with their SO CALLED policy..

“Hi, I ordered a suit on 10% discount for the first time. Heard about Bunaai from friends, that's how your customer base increases, I feel. But I have had a horrendous experience. Ordered a size smaller, and you people aren't exchanging it. What am I supposed to do?! Lose out on hard earned money? Change your policy for returns. I don't want a refund, just a size bigger. I've already posted on fb. And know a few friends who are into digital marketing. But I thought of first texting you. Probably you will listen and do something about it.
