When I complained I was told that they could only offer an exchange of another size of the same design which would have been useless again. Disgusting experience. “Please don't buy from Bunaai. They sent a very poorly stitched and low quality top (which was clearly not in the pictures or in the description). The material was extremely thin and looked tattered for a cotton top and the top had a gaping hole in the armpit area. I couldn't even wear it at home leave alone stepping outside in it. I sent them messages on insta and emailed them and they blamed me for the torn piece. They do not have a return policy so my money went completely down the drain.”
