“I don't think that I'll ever going to make any purchase from Bunaai, because earlier I have bought at least 10 to 12 suit sets from this site and it was good before but my last three purchases are absolute disaster, the quality of material is very poor according to prices, and to top it all the size is a big problem with this site, sometimes the size is smaller than the actual measurement and does not fit properly, and the exchange and refund policy is the worst.. I do not recommend this site to any to make any purchases. I am very disappointed with Bunnai.”

“If you are measuring your chest and it is 42" do not buy their XXL size, It will not fit! I have found out the hard way! now need to find people to give all this to. Their sizing is all wrong for anyone who has even a little bit of chest. The measurements they give on the website is the GARMENT SIZE, not the size it will fit. So essentially, their XXL will only fit a person who is about a 40 or 41" in chest. Also, I have seen that when the garment size is bigger, they "skimp" on the material which means it is not as nice or "flowy" as it is for the smaller size. It looks like I am wearing raddi with two pancakes for chest. HAHAHAHAHAH! Thankfully, I can afford to take the financial hit for buying so many outfits. Buyer beware!”

When I complained I was told that they could only offer an exchange of another size of the same design which would have been useless again. Disgusting experience.
