When I reported this problem , I got a reply on my feedback that I should check material details and color before ordering. How one could judge quality before ordering. “I had worst online shopping experience. Bought 3 items, initiate exchange of 2 items due to size and while exchange they again asked me to pay for dresses. Therefore I returned it since I don't want to pay twice. Tried Calling these numbers (8800174972 or 9116929292) but never reached it. Very slow response through emails. It has been 3 months i just gave up on the hope of getting the items or money.
