They don’t even change the sizes in this era of pandemic after two days , everyone has changed their policies but they haven’t .

“Very unprofessional, wired return policy. I made a mistake by ordering products from Bunai. I've been waiting for my products that I had sent for exchange of size (neither revised products are sent nor a credit note has been issued, per their exchange policy).”
“Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Never received my product. On contacting customer service via email, their response kept shuttling between the products have been shipped to it will be shipped. After almost two months of this absolutely terrible customer service, I decided to just cancel the order and they didn't bother issuing a refund even after I asked them to do so explicitly. I had to finally lodge a customer complaint with PayPal and after almost 3 months received my money back. I would say that they're a scam of a company and should really never be trusted with any orders.”

“Scammed me by not giving me the exact dress that I’d ordered. The dress I ordered was a pink. What I received was a brown. When confronted they said it’s a 10-15% difference in real and reel. Honestly if anyone saw the dress I received , the colour is no way in correlation with the picture attached on the website. Inspire of letting them know multiple times, they kept saying I can only get a different size. What is the whole point of giving a reference image that doesn’t match the product and further telling a customer that she should’ve checked the images properly. It was my first experience and I’ve never had such a feeling from any other websites with being forced with their poor quality merchandise. Return policy is an epic failure for customers. I’ll ensure that my friends circle is informed about it too. In the picture everything looks nice but in reality , it’s not even closet similar.”

“Worst customer service. They take pre-paid orders only to cheat their customers and never deliver the order. The customer service is pathetic. The customer service numbers are switched off and they never reply to your mail.”

“Worst sevices I have ordered lopa lime suit on 12./03/20 but till date no updates. It was prepaid and they are not responding to any query . But regularly sending their promotional mails. They are big frauds all their no are switched off and not available.”

“Worst customer care service: I have been trying to reach out on your customer care number since weeks but it is always switched off.
I placed my order on 7th March and it arrived at the local fedex facility (lucknow) on 13th March and it is still not delivered. It is as prepaid order. Your Instagram account manager or whosoever manages the insta account is giving me the lockdown reason, there was no lockdown till 20th march and it is in the local facility since 13th March.
If you are not able deliver the order atleast you can cancel my order and refund my amount. Internet and banking is still working.

“They have zero processes in place over my multiple orders. There are no order confirmations or follow ups post the order. Orders were delayed. I was called by the delivery agent as my number was mistakenly given for a delivery in Surat. They cancelled parts of my order saying out of stock with no communication on options/ refund. Sizes were incorrect in the products sent. Very disappointed at how they've been allowed to get away still functioning like this”
