Beware of these fraudsters. They claim that logistics is not their responsibility. I ordered 4 suits from them and they delivered only 2 in a packet on which they have mentioned that package contains 4 suits. As soon as I opened the package I intimated the delivery person their logistics team and bunaai customer care. But they brazenly denied by saying me that " sir, chaar haatho we parcel nikalta hai, we can't look after the product at each stage". Now their audacity is such that they are not even replying on mail and instead asking from me the unboxing video. Please please please beware of them. And thank you @bunaai for ruining our festive mode. But we are looking forward to Lodge a formal complaint for emotional and monetary trauma we have gone through.

* Bunaai Fraud * While the world is going mad over Customer first approach. This particular company has some other plans. Pls do read to save yourself falling into the trap of this company. Owing to Raksha-bandhan my brother had ordered 4 suits worth of Rs 7.5 K. However, in an attempt to wash away the happiness of the Rakhi gift, company had just parcelled two suits in the packet mentioning 4 suits are into it. As soon as I opened the parcel I initmated the logistics and bunaai customer care on missing 2 suits. Now they are not taking accountability of where the gap is. Rather they said "sir chaar hatho se nikalta h product hum kaise dhyan rakhe" With evolving convenience of shopping, this e-commerce website has scope to take away your hard-earned money. On top of that their customer executives are not bothered of the issue and rather saying “I don’t want to repeat, I can’t help you.” Soon I will be taking legal action against them, because today it's me but tomorrow it could be someone else. I want to inform you all to make a cautious purchase. #BunaaiFraud

They provide product that does not match with the product shown on website. And when it matches the cloth quality is very inferior. They are simply cheating people and trying to making free money as they have no accountability to exchange or refund. And difference in products you can yourself judge from the pictures attached.

Fake site..please don't order..they will send horrible product which does not match with the product displayed on the website and thereafter they will refuse return. Only website which has no return policy. Simply cheating people.

Worst Customer Service and Exchange policies : The sizes are complete misfit. It Does not follow the size chart mentioned. Also, the quality of the fabric isn’t that great. Products are not value for money. Above all their return policy is trash. You just can exchange sizes that’s it. But what if you don’t like the material. It’s your problem not theirs. Worst people to deal with.

Very bad return policy. If we are purchasing from online website obviously it is not always necessary that product will fit us. All website has this option of returning the order. But this website us utter nonsense. There return policy is very poor. I will not recommend this to anyone in future. Bad experience.

Pathetic cloth quality , no finishing Size problems are also there I usually fit in M but had ordered An L but its still tight ! Worst customer service they will not even listen and cut the call

Worst customer service. They don’t even change the sizes in this era of pandemic after two days , everyone has changed their policies but they haven’t . Won’t shop again for sure .

Very unprofessional, wired return policy. I made a mistake by ordering products from Bunai. I've been waiting for my products that I had sent for exchange of size (neither revised products are sent nor a credit note has been issued, per their exchange policy).

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Never received my product. On contacting customer service via email, their response kept shuttling between the products have been shipped to it will be shipped. After almost two months of this absolutely terrible customer service, I decided to just cancel the order and they didn't bother issuing a refund even after I asked them to do so explicitly. I had to finally lodge a customer complaint with PayPal and after almost 3 months received my money back. I would say that they're a scam of a company and should really never be trusted with any orders.

I bought a black suit which was not even to what was shown in picture, Plus the quality was not as per price you pay and finish of the product was bad

Scammed me by not giving me the exact dress that I’d ordered. The dress I ordered was a pink. What I received was a brown. When confronted they said it’s a 10-15% difference in real and reel. Honestly if anyone saw the dress I received , the colour is no way in correlation with the picture attached on the website. Inspire of letting them know multiple times, they kept saying I can only get a different size. What is the whole point of giving a reference image that doesn’t match the product and further telling a customer that she should’ve checked the images properly. It was my first experience and I’ve never had such a feeling from any other websites with being forced with their poor quality merchandise. Return policy is an epic failure for customers. I’ll ensure that my friends circle is informed about it too. In the picture everything looks nice but in reality , it’s not even closet similar.

I have a bad experience, Bunaai team is not customer friendly. The colour of my dress which got delivered is entirely different. I have approached them on the same but they don't offer any exchange Please do read exchange policy before buying

Worst customer service. They take pre-paid orders only to cheat their customers and never deliver the order. The customer service is pathetic. The customer service numbers are switched off and they never reply to your mail.
