“Their fabric and designs are fine but my experience of shopping with bunaai was extremely poor.
1) They have not mentioned any size chart for pants on their website.
2) I ordered M size kurta sets twice form their website and there was minimum 10" of difference in the waist of both the pant sizes.
3) This being their fault entirely, they did not cooperate one bit.
4) I was a regular customer, but after seing there service, I doubt I would ever purchase again.
5) My only suggestion, as long as you are lucky to receive the right size, its all good. If by mistake you get a wrong size, bunaai will not be helpful at all (even if it is their mistake).”
“There is no doubt that you will get good fabric and quality stitching from this site BUT they are not good for Online purchase. Their Online Return policies are worst. While buying online, we purely depend on photos and we don’t get to wear the dress to check its fit and look. You can’t deny a possibility where you didn’t like the dress after trying and want to return or exchange. Bunaai is worst in supporting such request.
1. They allow exchange only for change in size. You can’t go for different dress.
2. That too, if you raise return request within 48 hours.
3. In case they don’t have the requested size, they will give a coupon which will expire in 20 days. So, after 20 days neither you will get your dress nor the money.
4. Return courier and its cost is buyer’s responsibility.
5. On top of that they will deduct Rs 150 If you raise a return.
So buy dresses from here only when you are damn sure to keep it by just looking at its pic. Because returning is going to be a very costly and stressful affair.
I am never going to buy from them again because mere pictures don’t give me confidence.”
“I am a big fan of BUNNAI and all the products that I have purchased before was excellent in quality but this time I purchased PEACH PINK SUIT SET and unfortunately it was not in good quality as expected and the color of bottom pants and dupatta is different and the fabric is also not good. They have neither returned/exchanged nor refunded the amount since i could not find anything that fits my height.

“Was a very bad experience with my last purchase since they first deliver you wrong product either the size or product would go wrong and they dont heed to your concerns and problems that you faced while shopping with them. I was given a wrong size XXL instead of right size S and they came up with a blunt reply stating that any products purchased in discount or using vouchers cant be exchanged or returned. My question to them is who asked them to give discounts and what if a product liked by customer is a product on sale or discount would that be customer's fault. I would end my words by saying folks please dont go for bunaai they dont value customers even if you have purchased many products from them earlier so wonder how will a new customer be treated.”
“I had recently ordered 5 dresses from Bunaai which apparently had discount and on receiving the four products out of 5 I learnt that one of the product taffy dress was XXL in size instead of S which was actually ordered by me. Lastly upon writing back to their customer care about my concern they reply that any product purchased with vouchers or discounts are non exchangeable and non returnable but they don't have a clause for any inaccurate deliveries made by their own team. So I wouldn't recommend Bunaai though I had made good enough purchases throughout the year. Once after purchase even though they are at fault they will let the customers down.”

“I ordered a kurta. It did not fit. I sought a size exchange and they filed a return request for a size exchange. Asked me to send a courier with the kurta set. As soon as it reached them, they refused for a size exchange and issued a voucher of a lesser price instead to buy something off from the site itself claiming the deduction in the voucher was for shipping charges WHEN THE SHIPPING WAS FREE. They have bad customer service and don't respond to queries but keep copy pasting the text of their emails.”
“If there was an option i would have given review in negative. For the first time I ordered something from bunaai and the experience was horrific. Dress which i received was a little tight, first of all there is no refund policy, so i asked for an exchange with new one or a bigger size. But the response they gave was that i myself have to bear the courier expenses of both side, there is also no online tracking system of bunaai which can give an assurance about dress being received and being despatched again. And to take things to altogether a new level of stupidity is that they don't mention anything about their policy while the time of purchase, and when I asked them to show me their policy, from last two days there response is "sir we forgot, we will send soon". All in all SINCERELY SEVERELY PATHETIC.”
