Instead of delivering the parcel on Friday morning, it seemed to get lost, disappeared from their tracking website, then re-appeared and was shown as delivered when it had not been. I spoke to the Courier when he came to deliver it on Monday morning, but it was not on board his van. Thankfullly, it finally appeared on my doorstep at 10 pm Monday!”
