“I brought a Samsung 65" Neno OLED from Buy-Smart recently and I am very happy with it. First, I been checking same model on the internet ... and all of them quote over 40% from Buy-Smart offering. I called Samsung for a price match that they can not. I was worry, but I am thinking give it a go so I use my card to purchase over their website. Immediately they send me the invoice as well as delivery details. They delivery on my request day and their deliver guy even arrange the time they arrive so that I don't have to stay at home to wait. The TV arrived in good shape, and I never so happy with a purchase especially 40% cheaper than the others.”
“Beware the "Factory Second"!! I bought a "Factory Second" soundbar and it was clearly second hand. They did not even bother to try to make it look new! The power cords were just wrapped around themselves, there were marks on the bottom where the previous owner had them resting. Their response was just to restate that it was a factory second.”
