“Engraved tankard was good quality. It arrived promptly but not in accordance with the web site. Paid extra for fast delivery but did not arrive next day as web site suggested. Perhaps because I ordered on a Sunday. I suggest the web site should make it clear that it is next day only if ordered within the week”

“I am pleased with the tankard, we ordered a heavy weight wentworth one and had some engraving added - it is a nice, quality, tankard. There were some issues with the engraving due to a machine fault but I have been assured that this is very rare and the customer service I received in dealing with this issue and supplying a replacement very quickly was excellent and I would not hesitate to order from this company in the future.”

“It is a lovely product, but I would have preferred a solid, as opposed to two-line (parallel line) engraving”

“The tankard was good and the general service was good but the parcel included a tied ribbon which was crushed in the packaging. I removed it anyway because the recipient was our 18 old grandson and the ribbon was not really appropriate.”

“Wide range, easy to order and quick delivery. Staff were very helpful when I phoned with questions. My only criticism is that the tankard was quite light weight and I was expecting something heavier for the price we paid. Despite this would not hesitate in recommending this website.”

“Thrilled with the goblets and service, just received today, thought the goblets were a matt finish as shown in picture not shiny finish.But no problem they are great, sure will age nicely.”

Thanks for your comments on the finish of them, all our pewter items have a really high shine finish to them, which makes them very difficult to photograph. We are in the process of re photographing a lot of our items, now I will make sure the goblets are added to the top of the list ~ Sam

“I am very pleased with the results. I left the sizing to the discretion to the engraver and they did a brilliant job. Very quick turnaround. Only negative is that quality of the box that I bought could be more in keeping with the tankard, although it was only £5.”

“Overall very pleased with my purchase. Found the staff very helpful in getting my order organised. I received my order of 6 Tankards to Australia in 10 days. The only issue was, the amount of polish that was left in and around the handle and edges. I know there were 6 to get out and shipped, but they were obviously rushed and was not finely checked on the way out. By no means upset. Thanks bunya tankard.”

“After initially struggling to make the website work due to my companies Web browser firewall I emailed customer services who replied very promtly. I later spoke to an advisor who was extremely helpful and placed the order over the phone. An email confirmation was sent whilst I was on the phone for me to check all the details. A very efficient and friendly service. My tankard arrived within a couple of days and looks great. I hope my Dad likes it!”

“Very helpful on phone and very quick to fulfill order in time (it was urgent as I needed a gift for an important occasion in a hurry). The tankard is of excellent, heavy quality and finish. I shall certainly buy from you again in the future. One minor niggle concerning the packaging: I asked for a blue presentation box but got a black one. This wasn't a big issue. However, the top of the supposed presentation box bore a huge imprint of buyatankard.com. This might have been acceptable in a more proportionate size on the side or back of the box or on a separate slip. As it is, I threw the box away and used my own gift wrapping. I certainly won't be needing your box with future orders!”

“i thought they were a little slow in sending out my order they also said i get e mail when order went out for delivery i didnt get one”
