“Bought the flip down TV for the kitchen. Not installed it yet as having new kitchen fitted in a few weeks. Despatched quickly and was well packaged. Will review again when it is installed.”

“Bought a DAB under worktop radio and the sound was distorted, not as good as a previously-purchased identical model. Contacted Buycleverstuff and they arranged to deliver a tested unit and collect the faulty one. New unit duly arrived as promised and works flawlessly. No hassle. Absolutely fantastic service from an excellent company, delighted with them. Would definitely recommend. Price very competitive too.”

“Delivery fantastic here in 18 hrs during the , pre -christmas rush well packed. Just got round to fitting it . excellent product and picture , instructions fine but no installation instructions not that there was anything other than common sense involved. Only defect noted was battery for remote (sealed) was flat. Renewed , set up was easy sound is not hi-fi but on a unit this big wouldn't expect. Would deal with again really first class.”

“Trouble with delivery due to time of year (Christmas!). However, contact with the company was very fast and quick to resolve. Would use this company again without any fear as they were very helpful and willing to chase the item up.”

“We purchased the KBSound iSelect sound system with an iPod dock from BuyCleverStuff. A touch of luxury for our new bathroom, unobtrusive, really nice sound and easy to use. We ordered the item late Wednesday evening and it was delivered midday Friday. Great product, great service.”

“No problem with order but unit didn't perform as expected (S2000 internet radio) as on/off button took ages to activate but contacted BuyCleverStuff and they dispatched a new head unit without question which cured the problem and did so very quickly. Really good to deal with, minimal hassle when things go wrong so would definitely recommend them and I will use them again. I had to pay for return of defective goods which was the only down side but that's not uncommon these days; consumer should not have to pay for returning faulty goods although I do accept that people return goods that are not faulty when they just haven't installed them correctly so it is difficult for the suppliers! All in all a very good supplier, hope this helps.”
