“Excellent service from BuyCleverStuff. Ordered product one evening and it was with me the day after next. Well packaged too. Haven't yet installed and used it so cannot comment on quality of product in use but it looks good in the box!”

“Website very informative. Feedback from email enquiry good, I enquired over the Christmas and New Year period and knew office was closed. When I placed my order for a flip down TV/DVD on the Monday in early January, the TV arrived the next day! Excellent service. I had to wait until Valentines Day for my hubby to connect it to the outside TV connection but well worth the wait. Very happy with the product, I will be listening to Radio 2 and when I look after my grandson will watch CBeebies!”

“I'm writing as a first time user of Buy Clever Stuff. Bought a DAB celing radio for a new bathroom and am now enjoying Radio 4 in the mornings when and where I want to listen to the radio the most. Can recommend the quality of the product and will certainly use Buy Clever Stuff again.”

“Very impressed with this Company. I purchased a flip down TV model no. VSKTV133P and the quality of this TV is just superb. Build quality picture and even the sound is quite good. To fit this TV in my kitchen I needed longer bolts as I have a pelmet. At the time of purchase the Company did not have longer bolts for this model but Jon bothered to phone me and say that he will see if he can get them for me which he did. I needed the TV for a certain day as I had arranged for the TV to be fitted and Jon made sure I got my TV in time. Brilliant Company Susie”

“Great product of the 4 speakers plus in wall blutooth amp. Great packaging and speedy delivery and customer service. Tempted to buy another set for the bathroom so can chill in the bath with music streaming off my phone.”

“I ordered a Remote Control for a TV which worked fine but something inside was rattling and there was no way to open it up and investigate. When I called Cleverstuff they agreed to replace it without hesitation and it arrived in 48 hours.”

“I am not a natural "do it yourself" person and so needed extra help with installing my product. After emailing an sos to the company I was sent a very detailed and informative reply with both diagrams and explanations and was able to install my purchase with ease. The customer service here is absolutely - they are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I am thrilled with my purchase - excellent quality at a reasonable price.”

“Excellent Customer Service - and which would put to shame most other companies ! My email requesting help following an operational issue with my Soundmaster under cabinet system, was quickly returned with the offer of repair or replacement. Although on testing the fault wasn't able to be replicated, I was provided with the latest replacement model to ensure my satisfaction with BuyCleverStuff. If there were 6 star ratings, my experience would have rated 6 !”

“We were looking for speakers for our kitchen and we emailed Buy Clever Stuff to ask if we could go somewhere to hear the speakers. The response was great. It was fast and very informative. They said it would be far for us to come. However not only did they answer the question they also helped to ensure the product was suitable for out kitchen. We chose speakers which were waterproof, which was not needed in our kitchen. We were unaware of this so this was great help in itself. Also they were happy to help find us an alternative product which will suit us more without asking. Overall. They had the knowledge to ensure the product we chose was right. They were great help!”
