“I already have kbsound ceiling speakers, and have been very happy with the system, and the Bluetooth connection. I have purchased 2 more sets to go in an outdoor building /gym and summerhouse. Jon was more than helpful, wen I rang for advice , on which speaker set was more suitable for the buildings. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends, about the quality of the products and the efficiency and helpful knowledge of the staff. Bonita Varley.”

“I'm based in London, so not easily able to visit the showroom in Preston. However, Jon was exceedingly helpful in discussing my requirements for an in-ceiling system for the ground floor, and came up with a good price after spending almost an hour on the phone. The Sonos based system was delivered quickly once I was in a position to order and receive it. The system has not been installed yet, as we are still having extensive building works, but I set up a test config. with the connect-amp and one of the dual tweeter Canton speakers, and am exceedingly happy with both the build and sound quality, which will be even better once properly installed. Highly recommended.”

“KBsound iSelect bathroom DAB/FM/Bluetooth ceiling speakers: Excellent product, delivered in good time worked perfectly for a year. Main reason for this post is the outstanding response I got when I phoned to say the bluetooth function had stopped working. After asking sensible question to determine the best solution (I had already done everything he enquired about) he walked me through the hidden codes for a factory reset and it worked fine.”

We appreciate you having taken the time to give us your feedback on this SOVOS 15" Flipdown Kitchen TV. With the size of the speakers and also the direction of which they are facing (downwards towards a kitchen top) it unfortunately aids to the tinny quality of sound when increased as you have referred to. It is something we will take on board and relay to SOVOS as feedback on products is vital to us and for our customers. “Excellent service. After receipt of the DAB radio I found that it did not perform as expected and requested an exchange/return. Following an almost instant response I was offered the choice of a full refund or a somewhat better (dearer!) model in exchange. I took up the offer and despite my being unable to progress the return, due to imminent holidays; this was carried out immediately and very efficiently on our return. Very happy.”

“My electrician fitted the system easily and the FM and DAB worked immediatley. The bluetooth is more difficult to link but that might be my lack of tech knowledge. I do sometimes have difficulty in turning off the system. The tech back up team have been very helpful and the sound clarity is excellent”

If having not used Bluetooth previously then it's always best to refer to your device's manual as well as the speaker system's manual. “I bought an under cupboard TV etc for our new kitchen and I'm really pleased with the product (good picture quality, appearance etc) and the service was very prompt. I had a problem with the power supply after a couple of weeks and got a very prompt response and no fuss replacement. The test of a good company isn't that nothing ever goes wrong but how they fix it on the rare occasions it does, and I give full marks to "buy clever stuff".”
