“This was a new remote control to replace a damaged unit, unfortunately the remote is magnetic and it stuck to one of my wife's baking trays and ended up in the oven and totally melted.”

“My order of a Visua Flip Down TV was despatched very quickly and efficiently, with ample communication about its progress. Although I am very happy with the product (apart from the Instruction Manual which is useless!), fixing it under the kitchen wall unit was not straightforward and a professional had to be employed. The fixings enclosed with the TV were incorrect, though this was rectified immediately by Buy Clever Stuff following a phone call. The service from this company is second to none.”

“Having bought a KB bathroom radio system from them several years ago I contacted John by phone to see if I could buy a single replacement speaker. I received excellent advice enabling me to ensure that the speaker was , itself, the problem. The speaker was received the next day after ordering. Would have no hesitation in recommending BuyCleverStuff.”
