“Very easy and simple transaction, just the way things should be although. Item is only a few days old, but seems to be all of what is was claimed to be. Only criticism, is omni- directional aerial should be part of the deal and not an offer on purchase. This would greatly improve poor radio reception experienced with this radio, although, my other dab radio does not require this.”

“Really pleased with it but occasionally the radio goes off station. We think it might need a visit to Maplins for a better aerial. When my husband fitted it, he said the spaces could have been a bit longer. We have a rail at the bottom of the cupboard. He adapted the spaces. The radio was well packaged and arrived as scheduled.”

“We are very pleased with our under wall cupboard radio installed in the kitchen. We had a problem with the first unit supplied (one speaker not working). This was quickly rectified with a new unit dispatched immediately. Excellent customer service without having to hold on the phone for ages to speak to someone D&P West”

“Service from Clever Stuff was excellent, however the product - an under cabinet radio (rom Gemany has not been brilliant. The product has been back for testing and we now have an outside aerial especially for it. There are still problems receiving BBC Radio 4 which takes an age to tune and just recently has just disappeared from our pre-sets. It just does not like the station! We do not have problems with other stations!!!!”

“The picture & sound quality is brilliant, whether watching TV, a DVD or listening to the radio, Had a few problems fitting the unit as have a bottom plinth but got around it okay. Also had problems getting it set up but that was my fault (embarrassing or what!) and the help I got from Buy Clever Stuff and Visua was excellent.”

“Having purchased a particular kitchen TV, I found that it did not have an included DVD player. I was going to return the item for a refund when the manager suggested an updated model. I agreed to purchase this, paying a small amount extra. I was also told that the new model would arrive the next day and that my erroneous purchase would be collected at the same time. This promise was fulfilled with no delivery cost. The new TV was installed but could not be operated because the remote lacked a battery. On telephoning the manager, apart from a profuse apology, I was promised that the battery would be sent by 1st class post. It arrived the next day and I am pleased with the reception and more than pleased with the exceptional service. I would highly recommend this firm.”

“2 Shower radios purchased as presents and both very well received, with comments on 'base sound' superiority to other similar products they had heard. Only slight downside was that while the sucker worked perfectly on glass, flat ceramic tiles appeared to be a little problematic, so they are investigating why... future slightly surreal challenge is apparently for a phone call to be made between the radios while showering, but guarantees will probably expire before washing time symmetry occurs !”

“When my TV arrived it was 22nd Dec great time for Christmas unfortunately after installing it we found out it was defective. By now it was afternoon so we thought we would not get it sorted until after the festivities.I contacted buycleverstuff they were most helpful a new set was dispatched and delivered the next day and the original collected. New set perfect service excellent. Even the delivery driver went the extra mile to make sure it was delivered on time. WELL DONE TO ALL INVOLVED. Thank you.”

“I ordered a KB Sound bathroom radio at 1.30pm on the 22nd Dec, it turned up at 10.30am the following morning, Wonderful ! However due to my own error I needed it to be changed for a different model. Phoned up , spoke to a polite and efficient operater who said the replacement would be sent out that day and I could do a doorstop exchange . Following morning it duly arrived and it is now installed in the bathroom. Excellent service all round.”
