“I recently ordered the Soundmaster MCD5500 Hi fi stereo system, it arrived promptly, but unfortunately there was a problem with the system. The power cut off after 15 minutes when using the turntable or playing tapes - due to auto-stop power saving rules! My request to exchange the unit was very promptly dealt with, and the replacement works fine. Overall very good customer service, thank you!”

“Delivery was a week earlier than expected. I had to phone with a query and the young man I spoke to was very helpful and the missing item arrived two days later. Very pleased with the system. Only one query - the guarantee is in German so I can't understand any of it!”

“Your delivery service and communication was superb..... fast and efficient. The Soundmaster Highline FM/DAB clock radio that l purchased was well built and the design attractive and sleek. The sound production is very good and the only negative issue is that the clock numbers are too small to see from more than a few feet away. Otherwise, very pleased with everything.”

“Received as promised, when it came to fitting I came across a couple of problems, first of all the 'long' screws supplied for use with spacers are no way long enough to fix to unit.to solve this I bought longer screws and then had to modify fixing plate, but now all is good and I'm very happy with the product.”
