“Delivered quickly without problems the tv is neat and compact the only issue I have got is insurance! The customer is left hoping there are no problems after the first year as this product is not cheap and the power cable connection is loose, hope you can rectify this problem as i've had the tv short time. The delivery and service at time of purchase is excellent.”

We want you to be reassured that when purchasing from us here at BuyCleverStuff, during the first 28 days after delivery we'll deal with any initial problems or setup issues you may have, once that has elapsed and for the duration of the warranty, which is at minimum 12 months, customers would deal directly with the manufacturer or appointed service centre. At BuyCleverStuff we work closely with the brands we supply and we endeavour to ensure they give the best service to our customers, should you unfortunately find that you have a problem with your product then most of the products we supply have their own dedicated warranty support centre. “I ordered an undershelf radio, which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the adaptor (for the continental plug) had been omitted. When I reported this, it was sent by the following day, which I thought was a quite excellent response. Overall, the quality of product, and of service, is outstanding: very quick, efficient, and excellent value.”

“Excellent service from BuyCleverStuff. Order arrived with free next day delivery - kept up to date all the way. Delighted with the flip diwn tv - exactly as described. Well packaged and easy to set up - looks to be of good quality and good value fir money. My only criticism is the very bright standby/power light - I will find some kind of sticker to cover it.”
